Whether you love or loathe exercise, it's okay. It's okay if you haven't done this in a while, or if you're pregnant or  just had a baby. It's okay if you're no longer the athlete you were in high school, or after that last injury. It's okay or if you know you want to kick butt but you're not sure which modalities are right for you. We'll look at what has changed in your body, and what your muscles will remember. I'll reacquaint you with yourself, as I teach you new ways to move (and remind you of old ones) that will get you stronger, standing taller, and feeling more confident. And I can help you find the things that you will love to do (or at least won't hate) that will get you healthier and enjoying your body again. You'll go further and faster with a knowledgeable and caring companion by your side.
