"Diana is sneaky. I hate exercising, and elevating my heart rate used to bring on panic attacks. But some long term back problems (caused by a sedentary lifestyle and then a car accident) led me to seek the assistance of a personal trainer. It was quite a challenge; my muscles had deteriorated to the point where I couldn't even sit up straight. The only bad thing I can think of is when she says 'you're done', and she just means done with that set, but there are still 10 more sets to go :-P. But since I have lost about 6 inches off my waist, and have visible triceps and biceps for the first time in 15 years, I really should not complain."
